Gllouria Refund Policy
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. We totally get it! 💎
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

You’ve contacted us first at contact@gllouria.com with your order number, photos, and the reason for your request

You’re okay with covering the return shipping costs
Once your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to check it over, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
After 7 days, your order may still qualify for store credit, but refunds aren’t available after 90 days.
At the moment, we can only process refunds for orders shipped within Canada and the United States.

We may also decline a refund request if we find signs of policy misuse.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just not quite right, don’t worry. We’ve got you. Please reach out to us at contact@gllouria.com within 7 days with:

A clear photo of the product(s)

A quick note explaining the issue
Our team will review your request and let you know the next steps. In eligible cases, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
