Can I apply Gllouria on natural nails?
No. Gllouria is designed exclusively for gel, acrylic, or bio-gel nails and must be applied by a professional nail technician.
Is it hard to explain the process to my nail tech?
Not at all. Every Gllouria set includes a QR code linking to a step-by-step tutorial video made just for nail technicians.
What should my nail tech know about application?
• Always clean the brush before and during application
• Apply adhesive only at the base of the crystal
• Never apply top coat directly on crystal surfaces—seal around them to preserve brilliance
Durability & Care
Will the crystals fall off easily?
Nope! When applied correctly with our gel adhesive and cured under UV light, Gllouria’s crystals stay secure for 3+ weeks— They last perfectly until your next nail refill.
Will the crystals lose their shine?
Not at all. Gllouria uses premium fine-glass crystals designed to stay brilliant throughout wear. With proper care, they won’t dull or fade.
How long does Gllouria last?
Your design lasts as long as your gel or acrylic manicure—typically 3 weeks or more.

How much does a custom nail design cost?
Every custom design is unique, so the price varies depending on the number of crystals, styles, and details you choose. The exact cost will always be shown right on the design page, so you’ll know before checking out.
Do you offer fully personalized designs if I don’t like the ones available?
Absolutely. If none of our existing styles fit your vision, you can create your own custom nail design. This way, your nails will truly match your personal style.
How long does it take to receive my custom design?
Processing times for custom nails are usually 3 to 5 business days before shipping. Since each design is handcrafted with precision, we take extra care to make sure every set is perfect.
Can I order a custom design for special occasions like weddings or events?
Yes! Many of our customers order custom designs for weddings, parties, or once-in-a-lifetime events. Just let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best to make sure your nails arrive in time for your big day.

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 for Canada and the USA. For other countries, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. After 7 days, your order may still qualify for store credit, but refunds aren’t available after 30 days.
How do I request a return?
